1. Ambition
Once you have made the decision to change your current health, you aspire towards certain personal goals. We will sit down with you, listen and clarify what you want, so we can begin to understand which program will be the best for you.
2. Assess
We will then assess your current health and fitness by taking you through a series of NON INVASIVE tests. We look at a variety of health indicators including, body composition, active tissue mass, fat mass, cellular health, blood pressure, range of movement and flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and strength. We will provide you with a report detailing your results and outlining points of interest and concern about your current health. This procedure will help you understand at what point you started from and provide us with valuable information to help us fine tune the best program for you. We will then explain the type of program we recommend.
3. Activate
This is the start of your program, initiating the exercise and/or dietary advice and starting to build a solid foundation of strength and conditioning, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. We will introduce you to different exercise techniques and training methods using a variety of equipment. Of course depending on your knowledge and history of training this will vary significantly with each client. Your body will feel fantastic as you become aware of your muscles and use your body for what it was designed for – to be active!
4. Advance
From here on its adding the progression to make sure you advance towards your goals. Its about upping the tempo all within your own ability, but constantly moving forward and adding to the benefits of consistent and progressive exercise. By now you should be feeling better and really getting into your program, understanding more and building your confidence in your own capabilities.
5. Achieve
This is where real change happens. By following the program your trainer has designed for you, you should be reaching towards the goals set out at the start. You have made exercise an important part of your life and are enjoying the benefits. You should feel stronger, lighter more flexible and healthier in every respect. At this point we will re-assess your health and fitness and show you the physical changes which have occurred motivating you to continue. And it's time to get ambitious again aiming higher with more confidence in yourself and your appearance.
